It's Saturday morning, and I've just woken up. I need something good to entertain me. And I think that I have found exactly that! You don't want to wake up to 200 BPM music every day: some days you just want to sit back, relax, and enjoy chilling music. Like Trance music, the perfect style to wake up with. But do you prefer the new Trance, the Millennium Trance, or the early Trance? Well, I do like a bit of everything, but classic Trance is just much better: it's the style I grew up with. So pure, and nostalgic. So after typing the words 'classic' and 'Trance' on Soundcloud, this liveset was presented to me.
So, this set. It was recorded at one of the biggest Trance events in the world, Luminosity, back in 2016. And if you check the line up for that year's event, it was big, very big: Will Atkinson, Sean Tyas, Sied van Riel, Signum, Bryan Kearney, John O'Callaghan, Kai Tracid, Paul van Dyk, Judge Jules, Alex M.O.R.P.H., Menno De Jong, Airwave, John 00 Fleming, Richard Durand, Talla 2XLC, Shugz, Artic Moon, Rex Mundi, and many, many more. This was a line up that would be exciting to every Trance lover. Sadly I missed that event.
Binary Finary do not need an introduction. Their name is well known in the Trance community, especially because of their hit '1998'. And during their set they played the finest classic Trance anthems out there. And I'm talking about epic Trance anthems. The tracklist is something you need to watch, and be in awe about. You cannot let this mix go by without listening to it at least once!

Well, it is not a fully classic Trance set, but it has got a few obvious slammers. It starts with a wicked classic, and ends with a classic, and in between you've got a mixture of everything. That's why I am still writing about this mix. Diversity is key.
I do like the classics, but mixed with newer stuff makes everything sound better. And Binary Finary have delivered an awesome set. I bet that those who went to see them, had a brilliant time. The records selected are good, it's nicely mixed together, and the outcome is an hour and 15 minutes of pleasure.
You have probably already checked out this mix, and you don't need me to tell you that it's a dope one. You don't need to be reminded. I am just doing you a favour, and telling you to check this one out, again! Why not, enjoy this dreary Saturday with a few awesome Trance anthems.
The best one? Sorry, but it's obvious. 'Gouryella' by Gouryella. Can't beat this masterpiece!
