It's a long time since I last went to a rave, but when I last went, it left a good impression on me. It was a rave in Birmingham, and one of the DJs I witnessed was Finnbarr. He blew me away with his awesome Freeform music, and during that night I met Aeon, who organised the night. It was all good, but what I've noticed is that Aeon and Finnbarr are doing good deeds in the Freeform world. A few months ago ILHB organised an event called 'ILHB In A Pickle''. With a serious line-up, I was gutted to not go. Kutski, A.B, Kevin Energy, Substanced B2B Alchemiist, Greg Peaks, Rikki Arkitech and these boys.
ILHB are always good on the spot with their events! They always keep it underground, the way it should be. I went to ILHB many moons ago, and was impressed by the level of quality. And they keep on organising parties. Hopefully my health will be much better and I will be able to attend this event coming up. For now it's time to reminisce, and to hear what we've missed at ILHB's event in May.
They both start off with a nice blend of several styles, to conclude their set with the finest Freeform records. This is really a nice set, and was pushing them to sort out the tracklist. And now it's here:

I've been listening to this set for a few weeks now, and it still makes me smile. Aeon and Finnbarr are the future of Freeform, and they are pushing their labels (and of course themselves) forward. One being 'Bornless Records' and the other 'FutureProof Sounds'.
I can only give credit to these two boys for this set. Starting off with something completely different, and ending with Freeform! That's how I would like to hear a set. And they went all in with the styles: Hard Techno, Hard NRG, PsyTrance, Acid Techno, and of course Freeform.
I'm loving the music a lot. And I do mean a lot. So many wicked anthems, and even annoying tracks, like 'Biker Slut'. This is one of those anthems whihc will remain in your head for a day. But the one which blew me away completely, was 'Follow Me'. Transcend is the King of Freeform, and whatever he produces, turns into Gold. And this anthem (released on Energy Field) is sure to cause damage on the dancefloors.
A wonderful set! Go and grab it right now! Time for you to indulge yourself into the wonderful world of Aeon and Finnbarr!
