If Anjunabeats is unknown to you, put your mobile phone down, go out to your local CD/record store, and dig in those crates. Look for the jewels, because you will find them there. And when you are talking about Trance music, Anjunabeats have been delivering Trance for many years now. A few months ago I re-reviewed a similar mix DJ Midas did. His mix was ridiculously long. This mix you are about to listen to was mixed by Da Tilt, and only 2 hours long. Still long, but within those 2 hours you get the finest Trance music.
When I first came across this mix, it made me happy. DJ Midas' mix was a real game changer, and now after listening to this mix at least 36584 times, I wanted a new mix. Da Tilt, whoever it might be, made this mix, which contains the first 20 releases on this majestic label. So expect music from OceanLab, Free State, Super8, and more.
If you read the info section underneath the mix, it reads that these records were released between 2000 and 2004, and that just makes it even more special! These records are nearly 20 years old, but oh so fresh, and not outdated! Trance is universal, and timeless.

The mix starts off with probably the coolest and most relaxing anthem ever! If this doesn't get you in the mood, nothing will! This is an absolute bliss, and also very contagious: I can't stop singing along to this one.
Da Tilt has made a very interesting dedication mix. Anjunabeats have released so many great anthems over the years, but the first couple of years were the best. Why? Trance music was developing itself into this new and exciting sound, and people were experimenting with everything. Which leads up to the dopest record in this mix, and the coolest and dopest track I've heard this year!
'Different Ways' by Free State, remixed by Dirt Devils. What a blinding anthem! This is really the sound from the early 00s. Trance was new, exciting, and refreshing. And what this track has got is a timeless approach to Trance. I can not name a single thing wrong with it! The build-up is something I have not heard in a long time! This is one of the best Trance anthems ever!
A really cool mix. Still 2 hours long, but within those 2 hours you get the finest Trance anthems from the golden years: 2000 - 2004. And nothing can take those anthems away from us!
