The weekend has started, and what a great week it has been! I've been extremely busy, but it has been rewarding. And Mother Nature feels the same. The weather has been extremely pleasant, and on some occasions even very hot! But it's all worth it, eh? The weekend is about to land, and the temperatures are to drop. Great British weather. We couldn't have it for more than a few days, especially with the bank holiday coming up....

But instead of complaining, let's focus on the good elements. The weather is still good, and it is the weekend! Time to crank up the volume and unwind. Enjoy it all. Let the Sun be the light that carries you through the weekend, and let the music take you on a journey. And hopefully it's a journey you want to take.

I found this mix a few days ago, and maybe I was persuaded by the lovely picture. Who knows? Looking at the sunrise/sunset like that, it's just amazing. Hearing the waves too, oh gosh, that's just Heaven. But once I pressed play, I knew I was about to listen to something great, and it started of with a fantastic tune!

The DJ behind this mix is Chantel Ford. Not seen or heard of her before, but I'm glad I did. This mix has been on repeat for days, and I mean for days!

I'm sitting here, in a very hot room, enjoying a nice beverage, and hearing this mix. Life could not get any better. And Chantel has picked some extremely tasty House anthems.

It's a very enjoyable mix, suitable for this weather. And it's 55 minutes long, so not short, but not too long either. Just perfect, right?

I've not encountered any of these tracks before, but I do certainly love them all. But ''Just To Hear You Say'', that track is just next level! That is just a beautiful record, and those vocals are generally the best ones I've heard this year. What a blinding record to start your mix with.
