It is Sunday, and yet another week is behind us. A new week is about to start, but not yet. We still get to enjoy the last few hours of freedom. And for today's mix, I found one a few days ago, which I could not review until today, as the title suggests, it's only applicable to mention on a Sunday, as the title does mention this. Or the mix was recorded on a Sunday? That I do not know, but it is the one mix we are to listen to today.

I have had this on repeat for a few days now. Akeni, the one who made this mix, did not give too much details, and the only reason why I clicked on this mix, was because it had 'Trance' in the title. And you can't go wrong with Trance, can you? Unless you mess it up royally, which obviously isn't the case here, otherwise I wouldn't write about it. But most Trance mixes are solid ones, and this one is on exception.

The Sun is still shining, but it does feel a bit colder. I'm behind the PS5, and I'm thoroughly enjoying Dying Light 2, but to accompany me during this game, I've got this playing in the background. It makes the game more interesting, and when the music is great, you are in a better state of mind. And no zombie or other worldly creature can take that away from me.

Akeni's selection is a wicked one, full of new stuff I've not heard before. Love it!

I wasn't expecting such a good Sunday mix. This really was the perfect mix for today. Nice and chilled, and even though I know all these artists, I have not heard most of these songs before. Or I might have done, and have forgotten these tunes.

Obviously not the biggest tune in here, which is (by far) 'Freeloader'. Couldn't go anywhere without this monster anthem being played. And as much as I love that record, I've got to give it to 'Elektra', the worst MCU film out there. As bad as the film might be, this record by Super8 and Tab is much better. Simplistic, but oh so effective.

Akeni's mix is a very pleasant one. Not too much mucking about. Big Trance records, and the 2 hours do fly by, without you even realising it.

The only negative is the track ' We Are One'. That is, and that's a personal opinion, a dull record.

Besides that, a fantastic mix. And without having spoken to Akeni, I do believe you can play this not only on a Sunday. Have a blast, listen to this on a Monday? Or any other day in the upcoming week? Why not, have fun!
