If you talk about a duo so well known but yet so underrated, you obviously think of Fracus and Darwin, and that's not something we should be proud of. These masterminds behind many hit records have been playing all over the world, and yet they haven't played at Tomorrowland or Defqon.1, which doesn't feel right. Yeah, they have played at the big events in the UK, from Westfest to others (my mind has just gone blank), but I still feel that they deserve a much bigger stage.
I've been a fan for many years, and those F&D fans follow literally everything they upload. Not just them but also stuff from their label Hardcore Underground. You all are aware of my love for their music, and over the years I have reviewed a lot of their mixes and albums, sadly they are gone forever (old website doesn't work anymore, stupid errors). But anyway, yeah, I'm a fan. Seen them play in the UK and in Belgium (where it felt like it was a personal concert instead of a rave, there weren't many dancing on the dancefloor besides me). So to find a dedication mix especially made for them is always good.
The DJ who made this dedication mix is none other than DJ Brady. You might have seen his name before on this glorious website (well, the old website), but the last couple of months I've sadly not had the chance to listen to a mix made by him. Thankfully he thought so to, hence why he made sure I wouldn't miss this masterpiece.

I didn't mention this before, but this is not an hour long mix. DJ Brady decided to go all out, and the mix turned out to be 2 hours+ long. And for some mixes that is too long: you get bored very quickly and it becomes irrelevant, and sometimes quite annoying. But not this mix. Fracus and Darwin are both legends, and are masters when it comes to producing records. And not only focused on one style, they can play literally everything!
What attracts me is their happiness. Their music always symbolizes happiness. They give UK Hardcore a nice and unique twist. But the main reason why I like them a lot, is because they are normal people, nice, and down to earth.
The best music they make is music that comes from the heart, and has a bit of the oldskool sound to it. Be it early 90s or Breakbeat, they can fabricate everything. And that's good. All their albums and mixes have put a smile on my face for many years, and this mix does exactly the same. Thanks DJ Brady for making such an amazing mix.
There are simply too many big dancefloor smashers in here. But 'Sycamore Grove' is my favourite. Such an underrated but timeless masterpiece.
Whatever they touch, turns into gold. That's why they are my favorite duo in the UK Hardcore scene. And blame me for making that decision, but secretly you think the same. They rule.
