Trance mix - Emotions (2026)

Sharing is caring, right? I love it when people share. It gives me the opportunity to find new music, without actually having to search for it. The mix you are about to listen to, is yet one of those mixes. I have been extremely busy this week, and also recovering after seeing Tiesto in London last Sunday, but now I finally have found the time to sit down and give this mix a go. And yes, you have guessed it right, I'm still on this Trance wave, and I'm not getting off anytime soon!

As you can see from the image above, the mix is all about emotions, and was made by Carina. And Trance certainly has got emotions, and makes you also feel emotions inside of you. Last Sunday, I was certainly in Trance Heaven, and the emotions I felt, they cannot be described. I am someone who listens to many styles and genres, but Trance always makes me feel the most. Now hoping Carina's mix does exactly that!

A quick look at the tracklist, and it does not much for me. She has picked a lot of unknowns, which can also make it very interesting. A mysterious mix, eh? Obviously a few of the names I recognise, but the tracks are not on my radar yet. After today, that will certainly change. I obviously already played this mix a few times, I'm not going to lie. I even have the top spot on Soundcloud (not to brag!). So I know that this mix is going to be worth your time!

This mix made me miss last Sunday a lot. Lovely Trance anthems, and the majority of the artists I've not seen or heard before. I don't know where she found them, but I'm glad that Carina put these 14 in one mix, as it made me very happy.

It is only 57 minutes long, but those minutes fly by. The tracks are really good, and very emotional. But she certainly made sure that the focus wasn't just on the emotional side of Trance, she also got me dancing in my living room and office. And I looked like a right knob, as the office was filled with 500 people. But did I gave a shit? No, I did not.

If the music is good, nothing can stop me. Not even a Saturday evening, sitting here at 10pm, writing a blog. I had to do it. As the mix is really good. Especially when 'So Far Away' hits. I've seen the name Artic Barbers before, but not really invested much time in them. I should have done, I could have heard this record before. Very emotional, but solid track.

The only side note, and it is minor: when I listened to it through my airpods, the sound levels went slightly up and down throughout this mix. It wasn't consistent, but like it changed quality throughout each song. Maybe it is down to the recording, but that was certainly a minor thing. If it does affect you, this might not be for you. But come on, just look at the tracklist, how can you ignore such a great mix? And who am I? My comments might not even make any sense to anyone but me?!
